We mainly operate from Kolkata, India. Our data center locations are Bengaluru, Hyderabaad, Pune and Kolkata. Just to inform, you will be allocated to a data center on random basis. You do not have any control of that.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my account?
Sure! you can anytime upgrade your account from the panel. However, a new invoice will be generated base pro-rata basis. However, if you want to downgrade you need to raise a support ticket
